You could do a lot worse but there are better products out there. Pros: Compact, user options Cons: Not easy to use with mash hooks

I bought this adapter because my old one allowed the sling swivel to spin freely which twisted the sling. I intended to attach the sling to the loop but stuck the swivel in first instead. I found that (as is written on the packaging) that the swivel hole prevents the sling swivel from turning more than 30 or 45 degrees. No more twisted slings!
