Review Streamlight TLR-1 HP Rail Mounted Tactical Flashlight Pros

Streamlight TLR-1 HP Rail-Mounted Weapon Light is a high-performance weapon light that can mount to any Picatinny or Glock-style rail, providing ambidextrous, high powered tactical illumination when you need it. These weapon lights are tough, built with an anodized aluminum case, an unbreakable polycarbonate lens, and an O-ring sealed body that's waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. The Streamlight flashlight has a powerful output of 200 lumens, and its deep dish parabolic reflector results in a precise, long-range targeting beam with enough peripheral illumination for navigation and target acquisition. With the help of its several rail guidance keys, the Stream Light TLR1 High Performance Tactical Flashlight can be mounted on virtually any Picatinny 1913 or Glock-style rail, allowing you to use the flashlight on a whole range of firearms. Streamlight has built the TLR-1 to last through several operations, with a C4 LED bulb that is shock-resistant and can last for up to 50,000 hours using the flashlight's solid state current regulation. For a recoil-resistant, easy to use weapon-mounted flashlight with a precise, high-powered beam, choose the Stream-Light TLR 1 HP 200-Lumen Weapon Flash Light.

Purchased this Flashlight to be able to hunt in the evening and it has worked out very well. The light is so powerful and well made that I purchased another. It took a few minutes to figure out how to install the Battery so I recommend you read the instructions first. Pros: Very powerful, easy turn on/ turn off switch & well made Cons: Took a few minutes to install battery, read directions first.

I mounted this light on my mini 14 tactical and it looks like it belongs there right from the factory...I was afraid it would be too big looking, maybe too big of a bell, but it really is not that big...Would look too big for a pistol, but nice on a rifle/carbine. I am glad I bought it. Pros: Very powerful light Cons: none

I have this installed on my night-time varmint rifle. (Picatinny side rail mount). All features perform as expected. ON/OFF switch right at fingertip of forward hand. Easily extends good hit range to 75+ yards at night. Solid construction, will consider other Streamlight products.
